Is there a less 'wordy' way to say that? 'From then on' is longer and worse to type. That matters to me more on (autocapitalising) mobile than it perhaps does otherwise.

I don't even really follow your point. Surely if I am 'too prescriptive' in wanting proper capitalisation, that is .. not exactly inconsistent with a 'wordy' choice of word anyway?

If your goal is simply fewer bytes, I think you can leave out thenceforce and have a pretty similar meaning.


Mathematically speaking, 'henceforth' is shorter


And linguistically speaking, has different meaning.
