Things may have changed but IIRC you can bid on a competitors keyword on Google BUT you cannot use their trademarked brand in the content.

It would appear the Filmora ad violates this. Submit a complaint to Google.

As stated in the reddit post itself - "They had them on Google too, but we complained and they were removed."

The ad targeting is done on Yahoo and Bing searches
