Strange to do this now, after cost of capital has gone up.



They were broken out into a subsidiary in 2015, which means their management will be seeing pressure to show growth. I’d imagine they’ve probably hit about as much as they can hope for on their existing markets and are especially looking at the number of people now working remotely for the long-term.
