I've reported an ongoing issue multiple times to Spotify support regarding complete strangers showing up on my connect feed. Their only response was to use their sign out of all devices feature. Of course this only temporarily fixes the issue until Spotify screws up and shows the same people.

Anyone seeing this issue or know of a proper way to get support?

Thankfully there are lots of competitors in this space so I guess it's time to switch.
