If the candidate has knowledge relevant to the role he is applying, can you really conclude that much from those first 2 minutes?

Could you share on past interview experiences when you decided a candidate was not a fit from those first 2 minutes?

The problem with most interviews is that they fallback to a confirmation bias thing.
