I've actually thought about writing a diet book. They are the most consistently profitable type of book. They're easy to write because there is a specific outline you follow.

Mine would be about how to use meditation to gain control over your food willpower, then generic stuff about eating healthy and the right number of calories. The central tip would be "if you're feeling hungry, go meditate until you are aware that the feeling of hunger exists but you don't have to act on it."

I think it could work but don't really want to write it right now.
