I'm just using a tiny lib that makes things easier: https://github.com/bendc/animate Other than that, it's just vanilla js/css.

I just want to say that you're one of my favorite designers out there and I enjoy your various posts out there on the web. Thanks so much for sharing your talent for us developers to peek inside!

Thank you, means a lot :)

Seeing the differences between how this performs in chromium vs firefox is a little annoying... it's one thing that chromium still does much better, for the time being I hope.

https://stripe.com/bitcoin runs actually super smoothly for me on Firefox 35.

Can you share a un-minified version of this? I would love to see how you are using the animate lib to do this. Using a beautifier is still to hard to read for me :/

It looks great. Would love to see a blog post explaining your methodology.

Thanks! I might actually write a "behind the scenes" post, assuming I find the motivation to do it :p

Please do, sir!

I'm a CS student really interested in web design, and I just started dabbling CSS animation for a month. To be honest, this page, together with Google IO 2015 page, are the best I've seen. I really look forward to reading your post about how this page is built or the source code.
