This tech looks interesting, but at the same time, kinda underwhelming for certain aspects that aren't talked about. For example, one of the things I'd like to use something like this for is for creating adhoc meshes in areas that may or may not have good internet access, so anything that requires internet access to set up things like multicast is a no go for me. While I realize part of the business model for products like this is running the network, at the same time, there are lots of uses for products that can talk to each other in a manner easier than you can currently do.
