I wish more places let you pool your time off into a group that other people could take. At every job I've ever had, I never use any of my vacation, and it would be nice if I could give it to other people who are "vacation people".

I don't know how feasible a system would be though (I've heard of places that do that for regular PTO, but not vacation).
