The FAA manages airspace, not FEMA, and the FAA was fine with the Falcon drones patrolling.

That is hardly the same as the FAA being okay with them patrolling the area FEMA was operating in. Is there another part of the article where I'm missing something?

My goal isn't to defend FEMA, per se, but this obviously a heavily one-sided article.
