Most mobile friendly articles are split across multiple pages to reduce the page size.



Which is a terrible way of doing it. Unless the page is heavy on images loading all the text at once will be far faster and easier than splitting it up.

Plus there's really no reason split them up. It's not a book, there's no limit on page length.


That's a terrible idea. Latency is your biggest concern on mobile, not bandwidth.
