I'm pretty sure schizophrenia or Parkinson's would be more effective. The interrogators can just pull the hat off. What you want is brain "static"

But that is when you are specifically interrogated and know that you are. With the tinfoil hats I was referring to the ability of them to unknowingly do this to you from a distance (which I guess may work at some point...).
