Apple certainly did copy a whole bunch of ideas from Android. But honestly, I think every single one of them looks much nicer on iOS 7.

I've even saw something that seemed to be mimicking WebOS - it's when you close a tab in Safari with the "Swipe up"/Discard gesture..
Other than that, i won't comment on the interface until i've used it myself.

Have you seen it on a phone? The new UI looks horrible on a projector, but pretty nice on a real emitting IPS display.
