Yup - that was actually an old job, but at @MakeshiftHQ we have a streamlined real-world version for each project we work on.
We're a small team (4 designy-devs + 3 others at the moment) and we're almost always in the same room so it's quite nice to have the liberty of having a real, physical, 'can pick up the card and put it next to my monitor' board, but we also keep our Trello up to date in case we're working from home.
Trello is indeed awesome. Just add a task, bug or an issue and it can be picked up by someone, anyone for that matter, without the need to assign it to anyone in particular.
