Interesting. May I ask you - did you get a lot of emails from otherwise experienced candidates (e.g. 8+ years C++, etc...), or maybe the noise comes from the people who plan their first language to be Go?

So it was your intention to get an attention of such a wide audience. I mean, some other posts here try to narrow the potential candidates pool.

In case you're interested - one of the main reason I didn't apply - I got an impression that this company can't provide a silicon valley level comparable compensations for senior engineers (I fall into "otherwise experienced" group). I might be wrong though...
