There are lots of various localized groups for women in tech in most cities, many depending on their specialties. Some of them are mailing lists, some of them are Meetup groups, some of them are IRC channels. Tap into those communities with job listings and - if you're so inclined - encourage the likelihood that one of them will apply if you state that you're explicitly looking for women to fill the role.
