Agree. However, I have doubts on Assange's credibility.
Although I am inclined to believe what Assange had said, Assange absconded bail which was posted by his friends and supporters.
If this is all they found on him, I think he's likely more credible than many of us :)
On a side note, it is a known tactics in politics - discredit your opponent early, for when he talks, nobody will listen. As an added bonus, it diverts attention from the actual matter (leaked materials) to a character debate.
