While I don't know if I'm quite dedicated enough to get on the plane for a customer (especially as I am an ocean away from my customers), I have spent $40 to arrange courier delivery of a replacement CD for a product which costs $25 before. Not their fault my agents at the CD stamping company and/or Post Office screwed up on the first one, after all.
(I use SwiftCD.com, incidentally, if anyone needs a recommendation. I've shipped hundreds of CDs and empirically about 98.5% or so arrive on time with no worries. Given my previous experience with the Post Office I consider that pretty darn good.)
