Sure sure. Their previous supposedly 64 core 128 threads Hygon C86-4G turned out to be 16 core 32 threads (as in one working chiplet) and benched single core around laptop Intel Core i5-3320M you would find in 2012 Thinkpad X230.


These are x86 CPUs, and it is interesting they avoided mentioning it in the article.
