It's almost like we need some sort of "process" to determine these things. With all "due" care we can reduce the chance of innocent people being hurt. We could call it "The process we perform with due care to not hurt innocent people." I feel like someone should have invented something like this by now.

The rule of law is quickly dissolving in the United States. Far too many Americans seem to be okay with that as long as they personally are not being targeted (yet).

Call your legislators. Go to protests. Speak up. Do not be silent. Quiet acquiescence is what the fascists want you to do.
