Apart from Cameras, 8GB vs 16GB RAM, Slower Storage, WiFi 6E instead of WiFi 7, No SOS, Gorilla Glass 3 vs Victus 2, Qi 7W vs 15W Wireless Charging, and Non LTPO with Screen VRR is not down to 1Mhz, but you still get 120Hz.

Pixel 9a is nearly perfect. A flat phone can be done despite a lot of people saying otherwise. The Tensor G4 / Cortex X4 is now about Apple A14 Bionic in single core benchmarks. Mediatek Dimensity 9400 with Cortex X5 / X925 is about Apple A16 which is what could be used in Tensor G5 ( Although rumours suggest otherwise ). The Mediatek 9500 coming out later this year may reach or exceed A18 but likely not A19.

I really like the direction on Pixel 9a. So much better than iPhone 16e. I only wish it is available in Hong Kong.

Still the ugliest phone. Horrendous abomination. Hire someone who can design and doesn't live in a cave.
