I dont know how argentina ended up where it is today and yes inefficient bureaucracy is a worthy problem to go after but approaching it with an ideological mindset of "government is the problem" and trim indiscriminately (haha, ofc hit mostly poor working class) will somehow mysteriously miss the actual cause of institutional corruption and regulatory capture/inefficiency.
If the cause of inflation is partly, like in the west, caused by quasi monopolies/syndicates increasing prices, i would go after them first. There are many ways to do so.

Afaik argentina didnt bet on manufactoring (like eg. china did), but resource and agricultural export, the primary economic sector, and thus had to struggle for an extended period of time with foreign lenders like the IMF (whos primary motive is to establish globalized access to resources in otherwise poor countries) during the economic turmoils since covid/ukrain/global inflation. This is a recipe for desaster for any export oriented country. Eg. germany will get hit similarly but only later due to its manufactoring. Strengthening inner consumption aswell as production is the key solution here.
