| | Hi all, quick intro - I've learned a lot in the last 4 years of my founder journey but I'm realizing I've never focused on creating inbound interest for some of my projects.... A lot of my efforts have been through cold outreach (which works fine) but at some point I need to keep learning/growing other areas I'm weakest at (marketing, inbound generation), are there any founders with experience here? Specifically, creating brand messaging/positioning? I've collected value statements from early users but I assume there are specific details to get right outside of a nice landing page and a reddit post lol. |

Basically, by focusing on educational content for your customers, you get them on your web site when they are just starting to learn about the problem area you cover, and this becomes a great organic lead generator.
Obviously, content farms and constant Google algorithm changes require remaining active and producing more content, and having good site metrics and scores, so it's not necessarily cheap. But the companies I've been with never got penalized because it was real content written by people for other people.
