Yes, my monthly profile backup would have been worth repeating before this experiment. If anyone knows how to make a 7Zip archive of a live and running Firefox profile, I would back up far more regularly - but Firefox's lock state foils the backup, meaning I have to close down Firefox to archive the profile.
