Google used to have Googlegeist when most everybody in the company would answer survey questions such as (rate 1-5):

* I am excited about my Product Area's strategic direction

* My Senior VP takes feedback seriously

* I plan to stay with the company for the next 3 years

The results would be summarized across Product Areas (e.g. Google Cloud, Youtube), and numbers compared year over year.

Then HR forced everyone to RTO, and mostly canceled this feedback outright to hide the wide discontent.
