Is there much demand for that power? Southwest Michigan has pretty well deindustrialized since the 1970s. A lot of vacation homes and agro-tourism these days.

BTW, I still remember visiting the Cook nuclear plant on a school field trip as a kid (20-30 miles south of this plant).
