They have a bigger bank account and can hold out until you run out of money. I think your efforts are best spend elsewhere.

I agree with you but it's not so much with the idea of me winning, it's more in the hopes of the EU requiring Amazon to properly label where a product is made or where its coming from. Ebay does it and other big name businesses I don't know why Amazon should be exempt from this. I understand the large majority of items on Amazon likely come from China but I would personally prefer to buy products made from US, EU, CA, MX KR, JP etc. Amazon purposly hides this information from us.

I would like to sue them for putting ads in content I already paid for.
