We need lifetime jail sentences for people who violate the bill of rights. They entire department and any cop who uses this should be rotting behind bars in solitary confinement for eternity.
Extended solitary confinement is torture that causes permanent physiological damage to the mind; we should not be torturing criminals, regardless of their crimes.
