> Convoy, the Seattle-based, Jeff Bezos-backed freight brokerage that shut down last week amid a financial crisis, is in talks to sell its technology to another freight logistics startup, San Francisco-based Flexport, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday morning. Great! So they can help onboard the new applications and then get laid off again.

The entitled employee suing clearly doesn’t know what they are and are not entitled to. WARN has exclusions for failing businesses, amongst other broad exclusions. WA has no severance requirements and Convoy had no contracts stipulating severance. Bezos strikes again.

This is where it's silly that people claim entrepreneurs should get all the rewards for "taking risks"

The employees take on the same risks, without the upside

The same risks is quite an exaggeration, as much as saying they take no risks at all
