Hopefully SBF will take the stand and if he is found guilty on some counts then perhaps some of his testimony will constitute perjury. That might cause Kaplan to impose a longer sentence.

It would be wonderful if the quote from the Tiffany Wong interview came out on cross-examination or if Kaplan is otherwise aware of it.
