I made what as far as I can tell is the highest quality real time language interpreter available, and the only one where you can just set two languages and have a conversation where each spoken language is respectively translated and captioned into the other without pressing any buttons and without interruption.

One problem is that the highest quality transcription and translation processes are not cheap. It would have to be offered at around $10+ per hour.

Is this something you find useful / would be willing to pay for?

It seems to be the only one that works well for English-Chinese and other difficult language pairs.

It also works well for live transcription into the same language.
