Call Bull Shit.....

US Micro chip industry suffers because it can't find slaves to fill key positions. This is their way of trying to get the Gov to expand H1B programs so they can hire people for less and use them as slaves.


At high level this has to be managed as strategic and critical, at lower level, the US way is capitalism: give a bunch of money to super competent ppl... while they are rare.
