What would Apple gain from buying Disney? Other than the obvious I like streaming content. Is the R&D applicable to consumer electronics?

People seem to forget that one of the largest shareholders of Disney is also one of the largest holders of Apple.

They companies have been married ever since Disney bought Pixar with stock and made Steve the biggest Disney shareholder for a while (Laurene sold off about 1/2 her shares after Steve died but still owns about 4% of the company).
