While parts of the objection might be legitimate for logistical reasons (ie, requiring the same supervisor for every shift), the unmitigated gall of the prosecutor is telling.
I know that the US judicial system is adversarial where winning is the only thing that matters, somehow we should see the prosecuting (who represents the people in their jurisdiction) standing up for justice.
