Tough to explain to management or colleagues sometimes. (On the other hand everyone seems to "know" it's the right approach because even today just looking up something on SO is not seen as the highest standard)




I usually end up doing it anyway and taking my "lumps" for the week that I spent learning but not producing. Get frustrating when the #2 crowd starts demanding that I drop everything and help them since I'm now the "expert", though.
