Thank you for looking at my latest project. I’ve been in a lot of interviews and I’ve conducted hundreds of them as the interviewer. I started doing some coaching for some friends and I realized that GPT was capable of spotting most of the things I was noticing. However the chat interface wasn’t great when you have to keep pasting in your code changes.

The biggest aha moment for me was watching a couple people get completely unstuck with a small hint provided by GPT so I made an entire project around it.

If you’re asking questions that ChatGPT can solve, you’re not interviewing your hazing

Not sure I follow. ChatGPT can solve leetcode questions, and leetcode for better or worse is what everyone has to study for big corps.

I'd agree with your main premise: big corps are using leetcode questions to see what hoops you'll jump through, but blaming this tool for that feels silly

lol, interviews almost feel that way sometimes. ChatGPT isn’t solving the questions for you in this app. It gives you hints to help you solve it. Think of it like GitHub copilot is able to understand quite a bit when given enough context. Behind the scenes, we give it the context.
