Just like McDonald's: it isn't the best meal you can get, whether in quality, nutrition or taste. But you will know what you are getting, even when you appear on the other side of the planet. You would be better off with a meal in a some local restaurant, but that one is unknown to you.

So corporate will get something they know for their people. Most of them have zero interest in exploring better options, just want their job done today and go home.
