I worked with a guy I nicknamed "Nice Guy, But" (the comma and spelling are important there:)

A nice guy but we really didn't want him messing with the code.

He was the unofficial leader of a group of people I named "The Defect Generators".

I was billing by the hour at the time, so I viewed him (and them) as a revenue source.
