If you pay someone 1000 EUR in Romania, it costs the company 1747 EUR total.

So a $120,000 fully loaded cost might only buy you at $68,000 USD salary for an EU devops person.

But you can't have just one devops person. You need at least 2 if you want to allow one of them to ever take a break, get sick, or go on vacation.
