Interesting, I'm not sure I see the link. Is SSSP relevant in programming FPGAs optimally?



Pathfinding is crucial in the process of compiling your hardware description into a circuit on the FPGA. If you're writing for an FPGA, you wouldn't necessarily need to know it. If you want to work on the compilers, it would be quite relevant.
