Yeah, unfortunately Lenovo has moved on from secure boot to super-secure Windows-only boot.

It's a Microsoft thing. "Secured-core" PCs are becoming a thing, and Lenovo selling primarily to businesses became one of the first. If you haven't seen it yet from other OEMs, you will soon. :(
