The really sucky thing about being unemployed is the feeling of being "a failure" relative to other people. But If AI really delivers and 70% of humanity or more becomes unemployed - most of the sting of being unemployed is gone. Paid work will become a rarity.

Yes, we'll need to see what we CAN do with our lives but I think there would still be plenty.
