I don’t think that’s idiotic. There is no standard way of transferring a file from on device to another. That is a failing of the tech industry.

There is no standard for what a file is. It is turtles all the way down.

Still there are 100 faster, more efficent and less error prone ways to get data from A to B than printing it out and having another guy type it.
