But (for a topic I know) I can see it's highly incomplete with regards to the telecom sites.
In France, we have this site https://www.cartoradio.fr/#/cartographie/stations made for that purpose (and which is made by the administration that takes care of radio site registration). There is also this one for microwave links https://carte-fh.lafibre.info
