These write-ups don’t evaluate performance, but i assume any of these libraries which use Qt/GTK/Electron are as performant as Qt/GTK/Electron, and the libraries which draw using Skia or OpenGL are very fast.
Thanks for the links. It's unfortunate that the author didn't evaluate most frameworks beyond "works, not accessible". But it provides a nice list for doing my own research.
