Changing horizontal window size breaks the page (no horizontal scroll bar appears and middle mouse scrolling to the right is open ended) in chrome. With IE no scroll bar appears and I can't scroll to the right at all.

This has nothing to do with his publishing technique of course, I just found it strange since he mentions adapting to screen size. Maybe the page should adapt to window size.
