Is there any benefit to legalized pornography that outweighs the horror of things like this?

Does the amount of bureaucratic scaffolding and invasive surveillance by corporate and government actors required to police the boundary of consensual and non-consensual pornography leave you substantially more free than just punishing platforms which permit the dissemination of pornographic images?
