The two job setup is just a brilliant way of exposing the fact that almost every tech worker is in a position where pay/effort is falling as pay increases. We all know there are 10x’s but you’ll never see anyone getting 10x the pay no matter how productive they are.

So for most its better to take two jobs at 50% the effort at 75% the pay each.
