Is there some threshold of utility that people should have beyond which prioritarians would not or should not feel a need to give utils to a person? Sort of like "make at least $XX for the place you live to be happy"?
If we assume there is, would a prioritarian view be to get people to that threshold, and then just utilitarianism?
