Does this software use some existing engine or use some custom engine for rendering the diagrams?

It has custom diagramming and and shape recognition engine

How does it differentiate from google jamboard or for that matter draw.io ?

Seems like it has borrowed the idea from draw.io . But it has some intelligence built in for predicting shapes

Intelligence mode is what it differentiate from other whiteboard in the market now
